What was lost

After giving us a scare this weekend by running away, I am glad to say
that Sable is now safe and sound at home.

Painting

I spent the evening tonight painting the green part of the boat. This
photo was taken about a week ago - before I taped it all up. I hope
to put on a second coat tomorrow. I still need to paint the back half
of the inside floor. Takes a lot of time, but I think it will all be
worth it!

Two things

Yes - I need to learn how to better use wood putty. This product is
too lightly colored and is actually some sort of plastic material.

Also, you can hopefully see the raised board - I am not sure I know
how to smooth that out.

Rosy sighting

It was good to see Rozy at the WeLead orientation on Thursday!

Boat repair

Before the boat goes back in the water I need to figure out how to
patch the bottom of the boat. There are a few places where the inside
wood is exposed. I hope I can figure this out!

Boys day out

Henry and dad went to Eagle River to go bowling yesterday morning.
Then when we found out the Mexican restaurant was closed we went to
Dairy Queen for lunch. Here we are sharing a Dilly bar.

Had a great day. I wish every day could be a family day!
