A Bit of the Flu

Well, it seems I've come down with a bit of the flu. Meg was sick last weekend, and is just getting over it now. In the last few days I've been getting worse. Last night I couldn't sleep because my throat hurt too much. So I plan on taking it really easy this weekend and playing around with our new computer.

Nicolet National Forest

Here is one of the photos we took while campus up at the Brule. It really was a great time. Sable can't wait to get back! She was much better in the car coming home than she was going up - she was too tired to be bad :)

Camping in the North Woods

We just got back from camping in the Nicolet National Forest. It was a very good time. The weather has been so warm down here that we didn't think there would still be much snow up there, but there was! Probably about 2-3 feet where we camped. It made it kind of uncomfortable to sleep, but overall, it was a great trip. We took a really long walk in the forest and came upon a new access point to the Brule River. Sable had a great time, although she is covered with mud.
