Chris Proctor

We went and saw Chris Proctor play on Thursday night. I had never heard of him before, but he was really good. Especially his song about the last steam train and his celtic medley. Wow, this guy has a lot of talent and it is clear he has studied music theory enough to fill a swimming pool with knowledge. The closest style I could compare him to would be Leo Kottke, but without any singing. During the concert I kept wondering if his brain would be able to work if he tried to sing and play guitar at that level at the same time.

Anyway, if you get a chance to see him, I recommend it.

Eagle River Falcons

Henry and I are going to have a guys night out tonight when we head to Eagle River to catch a Falcons game. Should be fun!
